
This is a scatterable belly-attack AT mine delivered by a 122-mm MRL. Three versions of the mine are available for delivery in either of two different minelaying rocket warheads.
All variants use a parachute have a three-pronged leg assembly and a delay arm. They have a shaped-charge warhead for belly-attack and a selectable self-destruct between 4 and 72 hours. The Type 84 model A has a magnetic fuze while the other two versions have contact fuzes. Versions that are probably designated Model B and Model C have a contact baffle or a self-extending tiltrod.
The case color is OD green.
