Description

The figure shows the appearance and dimensions of the M14 series landmines. The M14E1 differs from the M14 in minor structural changes only. The M14 and M14E1 are nonmetallic, pressure initiated, blast, antipersonnel (APERS), high explosive (HE) landmines which use an integral fuze with a steel firing pin.

The M14 series mines are olive drab with identifying markings embossed in black on the bottom. The indicating arrow on the pressure plate and the letters "A" and the "S" are yellow.
