Description
This is a separate loaded, spin stabilized, gun fired, armor piercing capped (APC) projectile with a high explosive charge.
The projectile is dark gray with black markings between the bourrelet and the upper rotating band. The fuze may be painted or unpainted. The exposed end of an installed fuze may be painted green or gray. The unexposed end may be painted black. The Soviet fuze designation is die-stamped into the flange. The lot number, year of manufacture, and factory code may also be die-stamped into the flange.
