This fuze is designed to function with instantaneous action on impact with light material surfaces. The fuze is initiated on impact by the set forward motion of the detonator charge, or by pieces of metal from the body striking the detonator charge.
The fuze has two major parts, a body with an air space in the fore part of the fuze, and a magazine containing the explosive train, screwed into the base of the body.
The fuze contains no interruptors or other safety devices and is, therefore, sensitive for handling.
No information about functioning.
No information about hazardous components.
Nothing else to see.
